On February 14, 2025, Dayalima Group hosted Prof. Phanish Puranam, Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, for his Masterclass titled “Re-humanize: Building Human-Centric Organizations in the Age of Algorithms,” based on his book of the same name, at Dayalima’s Mega Kuningan Office in Jakarta.

The session, moderated by Joshua Paundra, Associate Director at Dayalima Group, highlighted Prof. Puranam’s insights on the transformative impact of AI on organizational structures and emphasized the importance of maintaining a human-centric approach amid rapid technological advancement.
